Descrizione

Sono gechi di media taglia, con coda abbastanza grossa e mwfaocchi con mwfqpupilla a fessura verticale, tipica dei gechi notturni. La mwfglivrea è di colore variabile dal bruno al beige, passando per il rosso, solitamente a bande trasversali.

Biologia

Si nutrono di mwgqinsetti.

Tassonomia

Il genere mwhaGeckoella comprende 7 mwhqspecie:cite-ref-trd-1-1[1]

• mwkaGeckoella collegalensis (mwkgBeddome, 1870)
• mwlaGeckoella deccanensis (mwlgGünther, 1864)

• mwoaGeckoella triedrus (mwogGünther, 1864)
• mwpaGeckoella yakhuna (mwpgDeraniyagala, 1945)

Le mwqaspecie di questo genere erano precedentemente classificate nel genere mwqqGymnodactylus, da cui sono state poi segregate.
